I'm Dr. David Robinson, a Chiropractor, Fitness
Trainer & Health/Lifestyle Counselor.
From overcoming childhood obesity to Living Fit,
Trim, Healthy since my early twenties, I have
experienced the changes and live the lifestyle I
have spoken on, written about and consulted clients
on for years. Now, I invite you to experience those
same changes. To transform the way you think and act
when it comes to your health and lifestyle, because

for the rest of your life!
The majority of people have chosen some very
damaging lifestyles: Frequent and repeated episodes
of over-eating, eating mostly high fat, high sugar
and fast foods, not exercising the prescribed
minimum, smoking, abusing alcohol and
over-the-counter and prescription drugs, leading a
rushed, high stress life and no preventive or
wellness care such as Chiropractic, Massage, Yoga,
Acupuncture and Meditation/Mindfulness.
These unhealthy lifestyles have become status quo
and acceptable with most people apathetic about it,
continuing to be negligent in their priorities. They
value, have the time, money and desire for new
clothing styles, new vehicles, weekly entertainment,
new furniture, hair styles, new electronics and
gadgets, vacations, lottery tickets, casinos,
lunches and diners out all week, and on and on with
entertainment and image. But when it comes to
valuing, spending time, effort and money on
preventive health practices, there always seems to
be excuses for why they "can't" or "don't".
Because of these poor lifestyle choices, there are
exploding numbers of people having to live with
chronic illness and disease which is dramatically
reducing the quality and length of their lives.
The situation has even digressed to the point where
Health Care in today’s society has become nothing
more than taking a pill for illness intervention,
symptom suppression and condition control. This is
not health care. It is not how to achieve "Being
Healthy".
For the majority, even their mind-set about health
has devolved. They speak about their ailments,
conditions, disabilities, being sick, being ill, as
if it were prestigious! "Being Healthy" to most
people has come to mean "no pain" or "looking good".
"Being Healthy" involves far more than just looking
& feeling good. It's a lifestyle. One that involves
overcoming the status quo of apathy about health and
lifestyle, and, the conventional dogma that "being
healthy" can be achieved from taking a pill. It
means embracing healthy activities and habits and
maintaining them throughout life.
“Being Healthy” is about becoming an active
participant in your health and always reaching for
Optimum Function on all levels, body, mind & spirit
and living fit, trim, healthy for the rest of your
